1. Cut pasta into 2-inch lengths. Cook according to package directions. Drain. Rinse with cold water. Drain.
2. In large nonstick frypan cook and stir carrots and onion in oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Stir in Steak Strips. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes more or until heated through. Stir in stir-fry sauce and pasta.
3. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves or tortillas. Wrap up. Secure with toothpick, if desired. Serve immediately
