1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mash with a fork or potato masher.
2. Divide mixture into 8 burgers, making patties about 1/2 inch thick. You may need to wet your hands to keep the mixture from sticking.
3. Coat a nonstick skillet with vegetable spray. Cook burgers over medium heat until browned on both sides, about 7-9 minutes.
