1. Heat broth just to a boil.
2. Combine polenta and water in large saucepot. Add broth to pot, stirring with a whisk to prevent lumps.
3. Cook uncovered over medium heat 30-45 minutes until very thick, stirring as needed to prevent lumps.
4. Spread into a circle about 1/2-inch thick on a nonstick cookie sheet. Keep warm in oven for immediate use or cool and keep for future use. When set, cut into 8 wedges. Serve with marinara sauce on top.
