1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously spray an 8 1/2- by 2 1/2-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, flake salmon, removing bones and skin.
3. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Press into loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
5. Let stand 5 minutes. Loosen edges and lift out of pan onto serving platter. Cut into 4 slices.
