1. Cut pork loin into 4 equal cutlets no more than 1/2 inch thick.
2. Grill or broil pork. When first side is done, turn pork over and place basil and 1 tomato slice on top.
3. Cover grill and continue cooking until pork is done. (If you cannot cover the grill, cutlets can be placed in a microwave after grilling to cook the tomatoes slightly.)
4. Garnish each plate with remaining tomato slices.
