1. In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, soda and salt. Add KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal, dates and raisins. Set aside.
2. Combine molasses, buttermilk and egg. Beat well. Add to cereal mixture, stirring only until combined. Spread evenly in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 350°F about 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
