1. Stir together flours, baking powder, salt, sesame seeds and poppy seeds. Set aside.
2. In large mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal, orange juice, honey, eggs and oil. Let stand about 2 minutes or until cereal softens. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Spread evenly in 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 350°F about 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack before slicing.
