1. Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar. Set aside.
2. Measure KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal, raisins and shortening into large mixing bowl. Add water, stirring until shortening is melted. Add egg, vanilla and nuts. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Spread evenly in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 350°F about 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack before slicing.
