1. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
2. In large mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S COMPLETE Wheat Bran Flakes cereal, bananas, and the 1/3 cup milk. Let stand about 2 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg whites and oil. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion evenly into twelve 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from muffin pan and place on wire rack. Drizzle with mixture of powdered sugar and the 1 tablespoon milk and sprinkle with almonds. Serve warm.
