1. In medium bowl combine crumbs, flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
2. In small bowl stir together egg, milk, oil and vanilla. Add to graham mixture, stirring until just combined. Stir in pecans or raisisns.
3. Line twelve 2 1/2-inch muffin cups with paper bake cups or spray with cooking spray. Fill each 2/3 full. Bake at 375°F about 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely or serve warm.
