1. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder. Set aside.
2. In large mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal and milk. Let stand about 2 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg whites and oil. Beat well. Stir in banana. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion evenly into six 3 1/4 x 1 1/4-inch muffin-pan cups coated with cooking spray or six 6-ounce custard cups coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 400°F about 30 minutes or until muffins are lightly browned. Serve warm.
NOTE: To make 12 regular size muffins, use 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups coated with cooking spray in place of larger muffin-pan cups. Reduce baking time to 25 minutes.
