1. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
2. In large mixing bowl, beat egg until foamy. Stir in milk and KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal. Let stand 2 minutes or until cereal softens. Add flour mixture, stirring to combine. Let stand 5 minutes.
3. Portion batter, using 1/4 cup for each pancake, onto preheated griddle coated with cooking spray. Turn once, cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with syrup or fruit sauce, if desired.
