In a medium saucepan sauté onion in butter. Then stir in vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, water, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Then pour sauce over chicken breasts.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. These are also delicious when cooked on the grill. Serve on whole-grain hamburger buns (or white if you can't find whole-wheat). Add all the lowfat trimmings and enjoy!
