Break salmon into large pieces. In medium bowl combine salmon, pasta, vegetables, and cheese. Combine in small bowl vinegar, oil, sugar, oregano, salt, and pepper. Pour over salmon mixture. Toss care-fully to coat. Cover and chill or serve immediately.
*This Salmon Pasta salad is moderately high in fat, but the salmon and olive oil contain "good", cholesterol-fighting fatty acids. That's why I sit on the fence with the "A-" to "B+" rating.
