Blend all ingredients except yogurt in blender, adding more or less milk to achieve desired consistency and more or less juice concentrate to achieve desired sweetness. Top with ΒΌ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt and tiny oriental umbrella.
*Water can replace milk for a more "icy" treat or in the case of a dairy allergy.
Special Dessert Notice
Some people lose body fat very comfortably while including "B" Choice desserts in their daily menus. Others have more resistant bodies and see more success with NO desserts. Remember to work with your body and your individual needs. The "no-sugar" fruit-juice sweetened desserts are excellent for diabetics and for individuals who are highly resistant to fat loss. When the sugar is replaced by fruit-juice concentrates, the "B" Choice desserts become "A" and "A-" Choices.
