Both Campbell's Chunky Bean and Ham Soup and Chunky Split Pea Soup are delicious, moderate-fat choices. I eat an entire can, two slices of whole-grain toast, and fruit for lunch. Regular bean and bacon soup is also a moderate-fat choice. (These choices are not low in sodium*.)
ECONOTIP: Mix the large, family-size cans of Campbell's Bean and Bacon or Chicken Noodle with water. Then add the Chunky soups that correspond. This is deliciously economical.
*If you are closely monitoring your sodium intake, purchase soups that are low in sodium.
