Brown chicken breasts in pan with nonstick cooking spray. While cooking, drain juice from one can of pineapple tidbits and add pineapple to honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and cornstarch. Pour over chicken. Continue to simmer until sauce is thickened. Serve with pineapple tidbits over the top. Delightful for company!
*If you are diabetic, you may choose to replace the honey with ½ cup pineapple-juice frozen concentrate. But, perhaps the very small amount of honey you'll be eating (1/2 cup divided by 8 servings) will not create a blood-sugar problem for you. Listen to your body.
