Fold broccoli into sauce and pour into an 9 x 13 x 2 glass baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Even kids love this recipe!
Special Note Concerning Veggie-Based Snacks: I often work with individuals who hate most vegetables. Yet, as they gradually add in more good foods and become more and more moderate with junk foods, their entire body chemistry begins to change, including their taste buds. They begin to not only "like" vegetables, but to "love" vegetables. They even start to snack on "veggie-based" foods such as soups, stews, and casseroles like the preceding Broccoli Casserole.
Their minds are clearer and their physical stamina is greatly increased. They also develop "fat-burning", rather than "fat-storing" metabolisms. A wonderful bonus!
