This recipe is tasty for breakfast as well as making a delicious dessert. It is high in fiber and nutrition. It also makes a filling healthy snack, as it is not high in sugar. Remember to include veggies and ALL of you snacks to help increase your metabolism if you are highly resistant fat loss.
Most desserts DO NOT make the best snacks because of their higher sugar content. This recipe is an exception.
*If you are diabetic, you may try a very small amount of fructose to replace the honey. Or try All Fruit Jam, an excellent choice.
