Heat olive oil. Sauté diced onions, carrots, and, celery. Add tomatoes, green beans, kidney beans, cabbage, salt, pepper, garlic powder, beef and chicken bouillon, basil, oregano, water, tomato sauce, and barley. Simmer 45 minutes. Stir in garbanzo beans and macaroni. Simmer until macaroni is tender.
