Idea #1 = "B+": Purchase microwavable light, butter-flavor popcorn and enjoy. Each brand of popcorn will have a different number of fat grams. Check the label and choose brands with fewer fat grams.
Idea #2 = "B": Air pop your popcorn and drizzle a small amount of melted butter over it. (One teaspoon, added to each cup, will add about 3 1/2 fat grams per cup. Be careful because it's very easy to eat ten cups and 30 fat grams!)
Idea #3 = "A": Air pop your popcorn. Then spray it very lightly with a fine mist of water from a spray bottle. Sprinkle with Molly McButter, Butter Buds, or butter-flavored salt. (The butter-flavored sprinkles will adhere to the popcorn rather than falling to the bottom of the bowl.) Delicious!
