Mix all ingredients except water, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into 18 meatballs. Place in 9 x 9 baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and water. Pour this mixture over meatballs and bake 30 minutes more. Serve with tossed salad, fruit, and muffins.
*Remember to be very moderate with red meat. This recipe receives a "B-" only because you'll be eating small amounts of it along with generous helpings of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains so that your overall meal will be under 20 percent fat.
