Try any combination of frozen fruit and fruit-juice concentrate mixed with skim or 1% milk. Be sure to break the fruit into little chunks to aid in the blending process.
You can also use water in place of milk if you have dairy-product intolerance or if you prefer a fruit "ice" instead of a fruit "ice cream."
