Stir-fry pork in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in wok or frying pan until brown and tender. Remove pork from pan. Add remaining tablespoon of oil and stir-fry all vegetables for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add meat to vegetables and mix well.
Heat soup, sugar, and soy sauce in saucepan. In separate bowl mix 3 tablespoons cold water and cornstarch. Stir into soup mixture and heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over vegetable mixture. Let flavors blend before serving. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chow-mein noodles over each serving.
