Lightly butter whole-grain toast. Sparingly sprinkle with garlic salt and Parmesan cheese. Broil in preheated oven for 3 to 6 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning. Serve with pasta.
This "B-" Choice fits nicely into an "A" day. However, three or four slices are not recommended if you are highly resistant to fat loss.
