Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on medium to high speed until well mixed and frothy. Serve with whole-grain toast or muffins.
*This delicious drink should be enjoyed with a full meal, not on an empty stomach. Diabetics, hypoglycemics, and individuals who are highly resistant to fat loss should avoid the added sugar. I prefer it without.
