In mixing bowl add flour, 1/2 cup butter and cold water. Mix on low until crumbly. Spread on ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bring remaining butter and water to a boil, stirring until butter is melted. Add almond extract. Remove from heat. Add flour and stir until mixture forms a ball. Add eggs, one at a time, beating with mixer. Spread over crust. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes until top is crisp and lightly browned. Cool slightly. Frost with Almond Frosting and sprinkle with almonds.
