Total Calories: 1,439
Beat together butter, brown sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add flour, vanilla, soda, salt and oats. Stir until well blended. Pat 2/3 of the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pour filling over dough and dot with remaining dough. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
FILLING: Melt chocolate chips and butter and stir until smooth. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt. Stir until well blended. Add walnuts.
