Combine flour, soda and salt. In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture, butterscotch chips, pecans and coconut. Spoon into 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set and top is golden.
