Melt butter in 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Arrange peeled, sliced peaches in pan. Stir together 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over fruit. Blend together 1 cup flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt and baking powder in mixing bowl. Combine oil, milk and egg and add to dry ingredients, stirring just until blended. Spoon evenly over fruit. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is brown.
