Beat together eggs, flour, milk and salt. Melt a small amount of butter in large round skillet. Pour about 1/4 cup batter in center of pan. Lift pan and move downward and around to spread batter around bottom of pan. It will be thin. Cook for about one minute, until brown. Carefully turn and cook on other side for about 1 minute.
FILLING: Prepare French Vanilla Pudding. Fill each cooked crepe with pudding and roll up. Place on serving plate and top with cherry pie filling.
