Total Calories: 180
Blend eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Gradually stir in half and half. Pour into 6 custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place cups in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pour very hot water into pan to within 1/2 inch of tops of cups. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
