Melt butter in boiling water. Add flour and salt all at once. Stir vigorously. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture pulls away from sides of pan and forms a ball. Remove from hear and add eggs one at a time, beating vigorously after each until smooth. Spoon dough onto a greased baking sheet funning an elongated shape about 2 inches wide and 5 inches long, spacing 3 inches apart. Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 325°F and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cut off tops. Turn oven off and put back in oven to dry out, about 20 minutes. Cool.
Fold 1 cup whipped cream into prepared French Vanilla Pudding and fill cream puffs. Replace tops and frost with Chocolate Frosting.
