Beat butter until creamy. Slightly beat eggs and add to butter. Mix well. Add coconut, sugar, flour, cocoa, vanilla and walnuts. Mix until well blended, but do not beat. Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes. Remove from oven and spread marshmallow creme over top. Let cool. Frost.
FROSTING: Beat all ingredients except walnuts until creamy and smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup nuts. Top cake with frosting, swirling through marshmallow creme. Sprinkle with remaining walnuts.
