Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar, flour, baking powder, and spices. Mix well. Stir in vanilla, apples and nuts. Pour into greased 9-inch square baking dish. Bake at 325°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with sweetened whipped cream.
