In saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with butter stirring until smooth. Pour into large mixer bowl and add sweetened condensed milk, biscuit mix, eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
