Mix oatmeal, flour, cream of wheat, baking powder and cinnamon in a small bowl set aside. Beat brown sugar and butter in a bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs until smooth. Stir in flour mixture until blended. Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts and raisins or chocolate chips. Spread mixture in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining walnuts. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
