Roll dough into rectangle about 1/8 inch thick. Spread 1/2 can frosting (or use 1/2 of prepared "Simple Lemon Frosting" recipe) over dough. Starting at short end, roll jelly roll fashion. Slice 1 inch thick. (To slice, slide a piece of waxed dental floss under dough. Bring both ends up and crisscross).
Place on greased 11 x 17-inch baking sheet 3 across and 4 down. Let rise until doubled. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes, or until light brown. Frost with remaining frosting.
*NOTE: If you don't have time to refrigerate dough, add another 1/2 cup flour to dough. Sprinkle counter with flour as needed to prevent dough from sticking.
