In saucepan melt butter. Stir in graham crackers. Pat mixture evenly into bottom of ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Layer in order: chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut and walnuts. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over all. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Cut into bars.
