Form dough into ball and place in center of pizza pan. Roll dough to edges of pan. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until edges just start to turn brown. Do not over bake. Cool. Mix together pudding, pineapple and coconut. Spread over cookie. Arrange fruit in a circle over pudding mixture. Sprinkle almonds over top.
