Melt butter in 1 cup boiling water. Add dour and salt all at once. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Add eggs one at a time, beating until smooth. Spread on ungreased 11 x 17-inch baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy. Let cool.
Pour prepared pudding over crust. Spoon icing in a ziplock sandwich bag. Snip off one corner. Squeeze icing over pudding. Refrigerate and cut into squares.
