Mix flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt in bowl. In large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Mix in vanilla. Add flour mixture and mix just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips, coconut, oats, and pecans. Drop 1/4 cup dough onto ungreased baking sheet, spacing 3 inches apart. Bake at 350°F for 17 to 20 minutes until edges start to brown. For smaller cookies, reduce baking time to 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen large cookies or 6 dozen small cookies.
