1. In a small zipper-lock type bag, combine KELLOGG’S Corn Flake Crumbs, brown sugar and cinnamon.
2. Pour milk into small bowl. Slice banana into four 1/2-inch thick rounds. Dip banana rounds into milk then coat with KELLOGG’S Corn Flake Crumbs mixture.
3. In a small frypan, heat a small amount of oil until hot. Fry banana rounds until golden brown, turning once. Serve warm.
