1. In 4-quart saucepan, melt chocolate and margarine over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal. Gently toss until evenly coated.
2. Place powdered sugar in gallon size storage bag. Add coated cereal, closing bag tightly. Gently shake bag until cereal is thoroughly coated with sugar. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Yield: 16 servings
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Place chocolate and margarine in large microwave safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 1 1/2 minutes or until chocolate begins to melt. Stir until smooth. Add cereal. Gently toss until evenly coated. Follow step 2 above. Microwave cooking times may vary.
