1. In large mixing bowl, combine cereal, popped corn and peanuts set aside.
2. Measure remaining ingredients into 4-cup microwavable glass measure mix until combined. Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes, stirring until smooth. Pour hot syrup mixture over cereal mixture, gently stirring and tossing until evenly combined.
3. Microwave cereal mixture 2 minutes longer on HIGH, stirring after 1 minute. Spread hot mixture on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
VARIATIONS: Chocolate - Use 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels in place of the peanut butter morsels. Butterscotch - Use 1/2 cup butterscotch morsels in place of the peanut butter morsels.
