1. In large mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal and pecans. Set aside.
2. In small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over cereal mixture, tossing until evenly coated. Place on 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 300°F about 30 minutes stirring twice. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
