1. Combine sugar, corn syrup, and cream in saucepan. Cook over low heat to 240°F (soft ball in cold water).
2. Mix KELLOGG'S CORN POPS cereal and peanuts in buttered large bowl. Pour on syrup, mixing thoroughly. Press into buttered muffin-pans to about 3/4-inch in thickness.
3. When cool, remove from pans and insert a wooden skewer sidewise in each to resemble a lollypop.
