1. Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in medium saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until well-blended. Remove from heat. Add KELLOGG'S CORN POPS cereal stir until well-coated.
2. Drop by rounded measuring-teaspoon onto waxed paper or buttered baking sheets. Place in refrigerator until set (about 20 minutes). Store in tightly covered container.
