1. In medium mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and spices. Set aside.
2. In large mixing bowl, beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg whites and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in flour mixture, mixing until well combined. Add cereal. Drop by level measuring tablespoon onto baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 375°F for about 10 minutes or until edges start to turn brown. Cool on wire racks.
