1. In 2-gallon zipper type plastic bag, combine sugar and cocoa powder. Set aside.
2. In large microwave safe bowl, melt margarine in microwave at HIGH 30 seconds. Add chocolate morsels and microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until melted and smooth when stirred. Add KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal, stirring until evenly coated.
3. Place cereal mixture in plastic bag containing sugar mixture. Close bag tightly. Gently shake bag until cereal is thoroughly coated with sugar. Add candy pieces and shake gently. Store in airtight container.
